Yuan Zhou government is now planning to build a recreational park next to the East River at the beginning of 2013. The conceptual program includes the following 8 elements:

3. Meander Walkway(Landscape)
4. Food Court (Catering)
5. Small Lake (Entertainment)
6. Wetland (Ecosystem Protection)
7. International Veldrome (Physicals/Sports)
8. Sculpture (Arts/Culture)
